• The horseback riding tour begins at our Tempate, Costa Rica ranch "Finca Nimboyore" where we transport horses and our tour group to Playa Avallanas. As the horses are tacked up, we enjoy pizza and watch surfers from Lola's Beach Front Restaurant. Later, we horseback ride south along Costa Rica's north west coast to Playa Negra and other beaches to our overnight stop at Playa Junquillal's Ocean Front Hotel Inguanazul.
• The next morning of your Costa Rica riding tour, we horseback ride forty remote beaches. We pass the Costa Rican fishing villages of Lagarto and Playa Frijolar. Our horseback beach riding day tour ends at a small fishing village San Juanillo for dinner at the Hotel Luna Azul and overnight at "B & B El Sueno".
• The third morning of the Costa Rican horseback riding tour heads along the North West coast riding old trails. Lunch stop is at La Joya de Lagarto, a small ocean front restaurant and great place to swim! The tour ends in Junquillal.

• The second morning of your Costa Rica Horseback Tour we ride shady trails and country roads to the white sand beach of Playa Avallanas. A good swimming and surfing beach, freshwater showers, pizza at Lola's Restaurant. From there, we coastal ride past Playa Negra and other beaches to overnight at Hotel Inguanazul on Playa Junquillal.
• The third day of your Costa Rica Horseback riding tour, we ride forty different beaches, many of them with no road access and only a few locals fishing from shore. We pass the typical Costa Rican fishing villages of Lagarto and Playa Frijolar and end at a fishing village San Juanillo, where we overnight at the B & B El Sueno and have dinner at Hotel Luna Azul.
• Forth day: Return to Hotel Inguanazul.
• Fifth day: Return to Tamarindo.

7 day Horseback Riding Tour

• The horseback riding tour begins at our Tempate, Costa Rica ranch "Finca Nimboyore". We horseback ride cattle country and over mountains reaching the beach town of Tamarindo for fun and overnight hotel.
• The second day of your Costa Rica Horseback Tour we ride shady trails and country roads to the white sand beach of Playa Avallanas. A good swimming and surfing beach, freshwater showers, pizza at Lola's Restaurant. From there, we coastal ride past Playa Negra and other beaches to our overnight destination of Hotel Inguanazul located on Playa Junquillal.
• The third day of your Costa Rica Horseback riding tour, we ride forty different beaches, many of them with no road access and only a few locals fishing from shore. We pass the typical Costa Rican fishing villages of Lagarto and Playa Frijolar,("Bean Beach" is shaped like a bean and covered with bean shaped pebbles). Our horseback beach riding day ends at a fishing village San Juanillo, where we overnight at the B & B El Sueno and have dinner at Hotel Luna Azul.
• Fourth day: (Rest day for the horses and our second night at El Sueno). Playa Blanca is a great swimming beach. Also close by is Costa Rica's Playa Ostional, known for Ridley Turtles where night turtle tours are available.
• The fifth day of our Costa Rican horseback riding tour, we coastal ride north. Because of the tides, there are constant changes and new trails. We overnight at the Hotel Iguanazul.
• Sixth day of horseback riding tour, we continue north through small villages, teak plantations, and cattle country back to Tamarindo.
• The Seventh and last day of the horseback riding tour takes us back to our Costa Rican ranch "Finca Nimboyore".

Tour Prices Include

The price for the Tour includes guide, horses, accommodations and local transportation during the tour. Food and drinks are not included. Hotel accommodations the night before and after the tour are not included. All tours begin at the ranch Finca Nimboyore. Transportation to the ranch, Finca Nimboyore, is not included, however we can assist you in locating transportation or detailed directions.
